Very often a Kernel32 error indicates a problem with the RAM. It might be defective or if you are using more than one row, then it might be that there is an incompatibility between the different RAM rows.

What was your location and what aircraft/panel were you using at the time? I just got this error for the first time last night. Also what are your system specs and drivers? Maybe we can find a similarity. This is the first problem I have had with FS2K2 since installing it when it came out. Coincidently I had just read your post about a half hour earlier.

I received the error while westbound, about 200 miles west of KJFK at FL300 in a Pan-Am Airbus 310 with Tom Dennis's A300/310 panel. I was also using real weather from March 6,2002.

    System specs are:

    T-Bird 1.2 @ 1.33 on Giga-Byte GA7-DX F6
    512 Meg DDR (2x256)
20GB 7200RPM Maxtor Diamond Max HDD
    Soundblaster Live 5.1
    GeForce 2Ti 64 MB 27.70 drivers (memory o/c to 453MHZ with NVMax)
    Win 98SE
    DX 8.1a

Nothing running in the background except explorer, systray and Get Weather. All other programs killed with End It All.

The only thing that is similular is the Windows 98 SE. I was flying in a F-14 from KPHL to KLORD and right near the Pittsburgh area, I received it. I reinstalled FS2002 and now I'm fine..for now.

Are you running any of the Norton programs? System works especialy. I had several problems after instaling system works, and all I realy wanted out of the package was the disc defragmenter.
