Can't get Reality Weather Radar to work

Hi and thanks in advance for any help here. I just purchased this WONDERFUL add-on and I am very happy with it. The only issue is when I call up the weather radar and try to turn it on, the knob stays in the off position and never turns on. Just wondering if anyone has encountered this. I really want this feature to work so any help would be appreciated.

Just RIGHT click the knob till it says "ON" :-roll
