who runs FS2k2 with win2000?

the boneheads at microsoft are now telling me that FS2k2 is not compatible with win2000 (despite the fact that win2000 is listed as a compatible OS on the box!)

so if you run fs2k2 on win2000 and you can see chrome, can you let me know?

I do and have no issues. I would recommend a reinstall. I hope you get it up and running.

I'm running Windows 2000 Pro with no problems and nice shiny chrome.

Don't listen to them! Microsoft is a huge company, and the tech support staff don't always know the nuances of each product. In fact, the person you talked to obviously didn't know FS2002 from Shinola. I'm running 2k2 with Win2000 Pro, and it works great -- including beautiful chrome!

Same here. I ran FS2000 on it as well without any problems. If you look through posts on this forum you'll not see many problems with Win2000, but quite a few with XP. So it's up to you...
