Thread: something for the brits..............

  1. Default something for the brits..............

    I do most of my sim flying over the UK in these loverly light planes, only trouble is the planes are mostly american, and nice as the paint jobs are i doubt if these could make it all the way over the pond, so i did this;

    This is a real world plane based at Southend Airport. I'll upload it to Flightsim.com and may put it (and possibly some others) on my site.

    should get it done today, its interesting that the plane is from southend, because My Dad used to Fly DC3s Britanias, Vicounts, Tridents, etc from there in the 50s and 60s, and i was born a stones throw away from there :) I was just looking for a 152 with spats and that is the only one i could find.

    Great stuff ! I look forward to flying it from Southend ! The C152 is ideal for cruising over the UK-VFR scenery !

    I've uploaded the files to flightsim.com, it'll take a couple of days for them to get in the file download section though.

    Nice job, Bruce.

    Any chance you might upload it to Avsim as well - they are a much better site to d/l from :-)

    That's a good one! I hope that us Brits are not a minority in the sim world. :-)
