Does it really cost that much to produce those things to warrent those type of prices? It seems like all FS hardware is through the roof in price.

That's 25 hours renting the Archer I fly!

If one were renting a C-152 around these parts, it would be 32 hours; well on your way to getting your PPL.

Well, I guess it will fill someone's needs, but certainly not mine!

There's not enough people making them, it's pretty much charge-what-you-want because there is no competition for the devices.

If more and more companies started to produce stuff like that, then we might see a price decrease in them.
