First, let me say that I love the Cardinal!

However, few things in life are so good that they cannot be improved, and although the Cardinal comes close to perfection, I cannot help mentioning one small detail that I think could be better:

The reduced version of the GPS in the radio stack on the 2D panels is a wonderful feature, but to my eyes it does look a little like an "alien" gauge pasted on top of otherwise photo-realistic panels. I think it is because the green is very bright and the background is 100% black.

Reducing the contrast would improve the overall appearance of the 2D panels, I think, but maybe the black-on-yellow color scheme from the full version would be even better? Ideally, it would change with the display preference set by the user, but I fear that is not possible?

Please accept this as constructive critism, not pedantic grousing. :-)
