Where are messages

I have just posted Two messages on two subjects and on the main page it says 10 meaasges for example but when i look ot ther thread it is only showing 9 and mine isnt there. What is happening?

I am running Norton Firewall and this happens to me unless I disable the firewall before posting.

Simply `refresh` your browser. Although the forum software auto-updates the header page, it does not auto-update the message lists as quickly.
