I was wondering whatever happened to the plan to make the DF panel usable on the default 737-400?
It is such a great panel, and I've done tons of totally glitch free flights with it. I'm even using it with the wonderful AFG models now.

I believe it got bumped way down on Lou's stack.
I have what I think are the latest .cfg files: http://www.sls.lcs.mit.edu/ilh/fs/ms734df.zip
However, as I mentioned in another thread, there might be a problem with weight placement as it doesn't rotate at the proper speed without a lot of up trim (more than the stock DF734). Other than that is seems quite well behaved, and once trimmed in the air I don't notice the weight issue.
Here are basic installation instructions:
1. Make a copy of the default b737_400 folder.
2. From the Flight One 737-400 folder, copy the F1737BD.air file and Panel folder to your new folder.
3. From my .zip file, copy the aircraft.cfg file into your new folder.
4. From my .zip file, copy the panel.cfg into the Panel subfolder.
5. From my .zip file, copy the sound.cfg into the Sound subfolder.
6. You might need to adjust the (flightsim.*) entries at the beginning of the aircraft.cfg file to match what you have installed (e.g., different Texture.* folders, etc.) Make sure you make the title= unique from any other aircraft in FS or you will not see everything. You'll also probably want to make your ui_model=737-400 DF or something like that so you can distinguish it from the stock 737-400. Basically, set these ui_ values to how you want the aircraft to be seen in the aircraft selection menus.
In my experience, it generally works quite well. It is much better in terms of frame rate compared to the Terry Hill model.
