    Default observation number2

Does the cold patch fix the following problem?

I have noticed when using Fsmeteo and climbing under VNAV that when the outside temp drops to –12 and below, my left engine N1 reading drops to about 41 while my right engine N1 reading stays stable. Consequently the plane cannot maintain a climb and begins to loose altitude. I have both the pitot and the anti ice systems engaged. To fix this problem I have to engage both N1 and speed functions on the MCP. It then continues, as it should. Once at final alt VNAV can be again used.

I have to say that after using the cold patch the above problem still continues to happen on my machine.

Has anyone got any clues or help for this. It is most annoying.

    Cheers

    Karl

I've had my TAT down to -41C without this problem. Were the N1 bugs (amber) still the same?
