DF737 and FsNav4.51 : I made a wrong hypothesis

may be you remember my problem of not being able to run the 737FMC, I had it back after having uninstalled FsNav but...after 2 or 3 flights it collapsed again!!!! w/o FsNav!! I recall the problem if you can help me:
-The 737 FMC program runs well when FS2002 is closed, apart the weird fact that on the menu both lines "dock in flightsim" and "undock in flightsim" are greyed, then not reachable.
-When FS2002 is launched, no way to open the FMC:I get a black screen, goes back to windows with FS2002 paused. The task mgr (I have Win 2000) says FMC is active but I see nothing. The only way to go back top FS is to kill the FMC program (end task) and press P again.
Reboot is useless, I don't know what to do....any idea to get me out of the hole?????

Does anyone runs DF737 under Windows2000? It's the third post on the same subject and I'm still stuck with a package which is not working at all.
