Default Airport 2.6 & CFS 2 land is like water ?

    Hi

I've got a problem with CFS 2 & AP 2.6, every time i try to make an island with some runways and taxiway also adding somme textured polygons, if i run out taxis or track my plane sink into land just like if it was water...
No matter if i do polys or exclude area it all ever the same :-(
S-o told me that it was the same problem in FS 2002, is there a solution ?
    Thanks
Airport is great please go ahead and make it better !!!
In fact thanks to keep freeware ;-) and if you have some tests to make with CFS i will give you a hand (as possible...)

Don't know about cfs 2 but in FS2002 you need to add a runway with an invisible surface the size of the area you don't want to fall into!! Sounds strange but works well.

The 'square' shape will only show if you make the invisible runways exactly the same size of the island. You won't want to taxi your plane everywhere will you?
so make your island the shape you want and only use this method for the parts that need to be 'hardened'
    Hope this helps
    Regards
