Install Problems!

HELP! I click the setup.exe, and it doesn't work!!! I get an error message! I am using a new computer, and I even have Visual Basic installed! I have no clue what the problem is! Does anyone else get this?

Do you have the "Full" install version? I believe it is Build 122. The updates are only the *.exe and will not function without a previous install of the complete program.
