Default LAYERING OF OBJECTS IN BUILD 132

    Hi Folks

Can anyone using build 132 tell give a definitive list of what each object should be layered at when coded into the program as i am trying to design some scenery for FS2002.

I know that in FS2000 the runway was 24 and other objects were in a multiple of 4 down to 0. Is this still the same for FS2002.

It also states that to get objects such as taxiways to appear a higher number is required. When they say higher do they mean 20,16,12 etc or do they mean 28,32 etc.

As always any help in this appreciated.

The convention for layers in FS2000 and above are:

    4 Ground seed
    8 Ground polygon
    12 Rivers
    16 Roads
    20 Taxi lines
    24 Runways and taxiways
    28 Mountains

Remember, however, these layers can be changed by the scenery developer in order to achieve a specific effect. For instance, you may want to use a road as a taxiway so you increase the layer of the road to that of a taxiway.

    Regards, John.
