Hello! I am looking for a "realistic" VA that operates...well...realisticly lol. I'm looking for one that is professional, dedicated, and fun to be with (not one that I would drop out of in 3 days). I would also like one that does a pay-per-flight type for its pilots, and one that shows realistic fuel usage for every flight and how much that flight costs the airline, little details like that, etc. If any of you know one, please reply to this message.

Actually, I think you'd probably be better off browsing VATSIM's list of affiliated Virtual Airlines here: http://linksmanager.com/vatsimvas Each of these airlines are required to meet a certain strict criteria, thus making it less likely that the airline'll fold anytime soon.
