Startup charter va in Hawaii

I am interesed in starting up a Charter VA in Hawaii using prop and turboprop aircraft. I am looking for one or a few people that would be interested in workging together on this.

VA experience or management experience a plus. Also a plus would be someone who has experience in scenery design...to be able to add a few items around the islands.
