Default Looking for good Virtual Airline with UK Hub

Having passed all the check rides in FS2002 and spent over 100 hours flying to destinations throughout Europe and North America, I now wish to step up to the next level of reality!

As I have never flown in a multi-player environment, can anyone recommend a suitable VA with UK Hub that would take me through the necessary training and familiarisation. I prefer to fly IFR on short to medium haul routes under Air Traffic Control.

    My preferred aircraft are: 737, 767, 777, 747, BA-146, ERJ-145.

    You can also try http://www.eurolivewire.com

You don't, however, need to join the VA in order to use our MP server and get help from the other pilots flying, though it would be a god idea to check the General forum on the site to find out when the other pilots are planning their flights (usually in the evenings - 8-12PM ET). You can connect to the MP server at 207.127.218.20 and see who's online before hand by going to http://207.127.218.20:81

    Hi

You could try ConnEx virtual aerospace group. Currenlty has operating centres at Stansted, Manchester and Prestwick operating Falcon 50, ERJ 145, B737-300, B737-400, A320 and B767-300 aircraft.

Currently going through a revamp to open operating centers at Gatwick, Birminham, Cork and Vagar Faroe islands, adding the BAE 146-200 and ATR 72-210 to the fleet.

Also 12th Sept sees the opening of ConnEx freightXpress using 737-300F, 727-200F and 767-300F all repainted without windows.

They have a comprehensive flight operations manual, career structure and are sticklers for realism, not for the faint hearted <g>. www.connexva.com

I am the GB-DIR for a VA named Wrightshack Air Cargo. We are based at stansted and have hubs in the US, South Africa, Ireland and also China. Stansted is our main hub though and it is possible to both be assigned routes but you can also file your own fligh plans to and from whereve you want. We mainly use Dash-8's L100's A320's and 747-400's on both IVAO and VATSIM ATC networks. If you are interested visit http://www.geocities.com/wac52532002 there are currently many staff postions avaliable!

    Hope this helps

One of the best VAs around that have their own 24/7 server with team speak 3, with full ATC services provided by their own experienced members, various divisions with over 10 years experience in running a VA is JGA Group

You can find them at www.jga-europe.co.uk

They also have an historic partner which flies aircraft from the 1960s.
