Default Virtual Flying Clubs?

LAST EDITED ON Jun-22-02 AT 04:58AM (EDT)[p]Checks this out, I've posted a screen shot of E-allocator a free web service that pilots with shares in planes use to book time in the group aircraft.

My thoughts are that a group could form a club, where they use the same aircraft, book space, arrange multiplayer flights in the club aircraft and post screenies when they return. All of this arranged through e-allocator.

What do you think?

P.S. Here's a really good example of a *group who use the system. Check out the operating agreement for inspiration as to how to set up your own group, perhaps you can add costings and an organisational structure to your virtual club. It could be good fun, especially when someone leaves the plane at another airport for repair/ bad weather and another member has to go and collect.

Hey,
I'd like to start a virtual flying club! If you(tornado) and some other people with my permission want to, let me know.
I think that Meigs field would be a good base, as everyone knows it well. If you want to join, let me know.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-15-02 AT 02:48PM (EDT)[p]I think that's an excellent idea Daniel, and judging by the amount of interest in the RTW challenge in the Fs2k2 forum where planes get let in unusaul places, I think that this similar idea could be a winner.

Everyone has my permission to use this idea, completely free of charge ;-) Good luck.
