Default Real World Weather, Try-out your ILS skills

Hi all! This is time sensitive, so take a look... I live in Portland, Maine, USA and right now I can barely see 100 ft away because of dense fog. I don't know how well Flight Sim will replicate this condition, I am curious to find out. I don't know how high the fog goes, or even what is above it, but an interesting flight would be from Boston, Logan to the Portland Int'l Jetport, about 30 minutes. The Portland jetport has ILS, so you could use that to land. I want to do it, but I'm at work (sigh), so I'm throwing it out to any real-weather simmers out there... (can't wait to get home!)

Common flights include Dash 8's from US Airways, American Express, and Boeing 737's, 727's and MD-80's. President Bush flew here a few months back in a 757, guess the 747-100 he's got won't fit on the runway... (do I sniff a challenge?!)

    Have fun!

I work in Andover, Ma (about 25 mi northwest of Boston) and
we just had a doozy of a thunderstorm roll through in the
    last 45 mins. It thundered/rained/lighteninged (?) and
was extremely dark out there. And then it was gone as quick
    as it popped up!
