Rudder Pedals from scratch, just for S-n-G...

Instead of purchasing a set of rudder pedals, I want to build a set from scratch. I have grown weary of using the Saitek rudder on the throttle. I can make what I need from wood easily but I will need electrical schematics.
I am going to try and build a set with toe brakes so if any of you, by chance, happen to have some schematics lying around,(complete with pinouts for a gameport), I would be very appreciative if you would post them.
