Strange choice (and not an easy one, I shouldn't think), but best of luck.

If you drop me a line, I can put you in contact with some people in the UK that are dismatling the 748, and have lots of bits for sale (you can purchase the entire cockpit if you want) that should make it easier!

I came accross a link to this site on one of the many cockpit building web pages (I don't remember which one). They have an extensive product line of aircraft panel posters (which can be ordered full size!), including the HS 748. In addition they offer Aircraft Systems Review software and Lights and Switch Guide software for a variety of aircraft, and other products.

Great resource for cockpit building!
