ATC and this Large Download.

Do I need to download this huge 150+ file to use ATC with X-Plane?
I have beta 5.65, running win98se. Will this download generate the "computer generated voices?"

The file is around 150 megs, how much HD space will this take up once it is installed, and what exactly is it=)

What ATC program are you refering too??

Yes it will for X-plane but that depends on what kind of sound you have. I have heard thatit doesn`t work with all, but sound
blaster live has had the best luck. You won`t get any ATC with
the older MS speech engine. You need SDK 5.
