    Hey E & G,

Let me know if you need any assistance/testing to make sure we get FSNav connectivity before the next event. Be kind of hard to find the gas station without it! Had a blast during the Concorde event, even if it did through my sleeping schedule off a bit.

    Hey Mark,

We owe ya one for the early rise on the Concorde event. Thanks for being there.

If I know Geoff, he's got both Holmes and Watson working on the problem. (He is closer to Scotland Yard than we are.) Thanks for offering to help too.

Both you and Mike have installed the patch, but I have not. We are all having the same problem. I have not installed SP1 or 2. I have not installed the latest version of DirectX either. I can logon to other FSHost sites with both FS9 and FSNav with no problem. I have no clue on this issue. All of a sudden, I could logon with FS9, but not logon with FSNav.

Got plenty of time between now and gas station week to figure it all out, but it is a perplexing problem.

    Best,

    Ed

Hey Guys, this is doin my ed in big time. Why? Well, because it has been working fine for how long. I changed nothing, now it don't work.......I was thinkin that it could only be at my end but now I am not sure.
Someone gimme ALL the ports I need for FS9 and FSHost TCP and UDP ( Might as well throw TS in also ) I need to wipe the slate and start again and I need to do it fast before I go nuts............

Gonna start by resetting my router to factory defaults and build from there.
Have to keep a close reign on the firewall as I have two teenagers that like to download a few bugs now and again. Need to get this bottomed and move on to something that I don't do for a living..... :-)
I mean, how hard can it be.
How many versions of Direct x 9
    How many XP service packs
How many different types of router
    and now an FS9 update...............

Man I tell ya, it's amazing that anything works at all.
Sure makes trouble shooting a blast................NOT!

Picked a real bad week to pack in smoking. :-(
    Best
