Default How to co-ordinate timings around the globe

Here's the link to the World Clock to help organise useful timings:

    http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/full.html

This site also has useful tools such as the meeting planner for identifying the best time for most participation in chosen cities across the globe:

We found this a good site for the RTW challenges and would recommend them for your events.

    Good luck

    Ditto,
It is a far cry from what we have been using.........Love the meeting planner. It's great!

I will add it to the FAQ's right away.

    Many thanks Ian.
