A simple single and an update on the "flying machine"

Single shot that is, but the events leading up to this were much more interesting.

Here we are parked at the gate after landing this brand new, fully fueled, fine offspring of Boeing at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana. The interesting part is I landed it on the small runway. For those of you who are unaware, it's only 2887x75ft. :7 It CAN be done. even without using the overrun. I'd dare you to try it. Don't try to cheat though by throwing in some headwinds, or something. :+ :P


Onto the infamous "flying machine"........

You may recall Jimmy posting a picture a little while back of something we tried that was similar to a paraglider. Yaaaaaaaa....the last thing I remember is waking up in the hospital and people telling me there was some sort of freak accident involving what was reported to be some crazy guy with a big afro doing some sort of "tribal" pre-underwater exploration ritual which apparently involves launching flaming arrows into the air by using speedo's like a slingshot. :+ :+

Now we're back at it and this time we decided to go with the original concept, only modified.......just slightly. :7 :P

Jet Power baby! Designed them myself. They run on pure thrills! :+ Which is perfect considering they put out 250LBS of thrust per side! I'm coming Jan! You better have that beer cold and ready to go. :7 ;) Hope you are having a great weekend guys.
