Holy crap - I just got freaked out!

I've been excited about coming home and trying out my new ERJ-145 (shareware) and by the recommendation of some of the fellow posters here and the designer of the model I downloaded, I also downloaded Bill Grabowski's panel to use with it.

I got freaked out when I was checking my right cockpit view to see a co-pilot staring through his shades at me! Whoa, the panel is great but that guy needs to be tossed before takeoff. He reminds me of my hated brother-in-law. LOL :)

I wouldn't have been so freaked out if the copilot wasn't staring at me. Geez, don't you have some instruments to look at fella? He's staring at me like I stole something...the whole flight. It's very wierd. And those lips...If I had to sit next to a copilot with those huge lips for 2 hours, I'd be bailing out. LOL :)

What liveries does it come in?
Where can I get the shareware version?

I'm looking for a good ERJ-145 after flying on one this week from Southampton-Edinburgh.

Okay, since I'm at work right now, I can give you this...
This is the ERJ-145 file I'm using:

I've already listed the panel's file name. The planes handle quite well. They do wobble a bit in the air at FL20 to FL30.
