This PSS Airbus is driving me nuts

Hi guys, need help real quick, I've got this panel and for some reason I can not see out the front of it I configured it so that I'd be able to see more than the default, I know it works but its not working for me, I can't see anything! I should be able to see things out front obviously but this is all I can see, also, when I intially start it up the panl is very high and I have to pull it down so it looks like you see here. Thanks guys!
