I have reinstalled 2 times but the scenery and the planes stay with me. I have backed uo my scenery on a cd and saved in on my desktop, waht else must I do to start over from scrach. When I relad scerery via the Add on Scenery feature in 2k2pro do I check the "uses scenery direct or cash"? I have tons of hard dive 768 dram p4 1.5 gfoce3 64mg ect...I am aware veterans choose to go around the add on feature so lets just say I am at the point where I fire up the game and in the scenery liberry, and have clicked add area and must now choose cash or direct.

I think you need to delete the entire directory structure after you do the uninstall from the contol panel. If I remember correctly, during the uninstall process scenery and aircraft are not removed. Maybe some other folders as well.

Use your windows Explorer and find your FS2002 directory.

Default: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\.........


Delete your FS2002 folder ( this will still have your add ons! )

Then re-install FS2002.... :-)

You see when you uninstall, it will only delete the files of the original install ( not your add ons! )
