Hi

I no auto landing a huge passenger aircraft takes away the satisfaction of good flight. The very thought of me watching a plane land by itself is boring. where my major role is applying the reverse thrust :-sleepy . But the auto land does play a crucial part in aircraft safety, especially when the weather is bad. So I took sum time to learn how to use it just encase I ever needed it. I have to admit it was fun watching it flare just before touch down. it landed so softly. But if the weather is good I will always manually land. Rarely near the runway centre line tho :D.

Anyway these pics are of me practising auto landing at Larnaca. It has a amazing approach into runway 22.
