I have many 737s and want to get them all into the same 737 folder using the texture folders. How do I do that or is there and instruction on how to do it?

LAST EDITED ON Feb-05-02 AT 09:11PM (EDT)[p]You have to be careful about several things. If the textures of the addon aircraft are the same format of the default aircraft then you can make a new texture file in the default aircraft folder just like microsoft did, e.g., texture, texture.1, texture.2, etc. If the texture format is not the same, you can still make additional texture folders in the default aircraft folder but you will need to make additional model folders also, e.g., model.3, model.CO. They would correspond to the texture folder, e.g., model.3, model.CO. You can use numbers or letters to differentiate the different aircraft as I have shown.
The next thing you will need to do is modify the aircraft.cfg file for all the additional aircraft. A sample is provided below:

description=One should hardly be surprised that the world's most prolific manufacturer of commercial aircraft is also the producer of the world's most popular jetliner. The 737 became the best-selling commercial jetliner worldwide when orders for it hit 1,831 in June 1987 (surpassing Boeing's own 727 as the previous champ). However, it wasn't always that way\s in the first few years of production, there were so few orders that Boeing considered canceling the program. They didn't, and the airplane has more than proven itself in over three decades of service.

Look at (fltsim.3) and you will notice that a different model used because the textures are a different format than the default. You also can do this same technique with panels and sounds.
