    Default Geforce2 MX-400, 32MB. What does FS2002 think??

    Hi all!

What is your take on a nVidia Geforce2 mx-400 card w/ 32MB of SDRAM?

How well does FS2002 do with it, compared to for example a V3 3000 16MB ? (my current card).

I'm thinking abt. upgrading, BUT.. I have to know if there's any point in doing so.

    Replies are appreciated!-)

    i had a 64 MB Geforce2 MX400 and it worked fine with FS2002.

i've since upgraded to Geforce 3 ti500 and there's a big frame-rate/smoothness difference, for sure... especially on complicated 3rd-party items like the cool Dreamfleet 737 and Bill Grabowski's great ERJ 145 panel.

the only downside with my Geforce 3 was that i initially got some blurry textures that I DIDN'T have with the Geforce 2.. .but with some tweaking, i've solved all of that!

The MX400 will be a noticable improvement because FS2002 has T&L support. Also, the more video memory the better. I'd suggest 64MB though.
