Regional airlines?

Hi,
I wonder if anybody knows the ini and cfg files (etc) well enough to say whether you can make changes so that you always have many international airlines, but only the appropriate regional airlines when flying in a given region? For example, here in Australia, you could have Qantas, Singapore, American etc for international traffic, but only Ansett, QantasDomestic, VirginBlue, Kendall etc for the local regional traffic. And would you be able to designate each and all of the world regions? Big task! :-lol

Ttools will achieve this for you but not without a lot of work.
There's no short way to do it that I'm aware of.
