  5. Default Military Connie Flight into rough weather

We don't get much thunderstorm activity here in LA (if any) but I wanted to fly into some oncoming rough weather flying out of March ARB. So I took one of my favorite birds the Connie - this one being an EC-121.

Took off no problems. Saw a fast incoming storm front heading the direction toward March. Flew into it but it got really rough and decided to turn back. Had a bit trouble lining up with the runway I took off from but landed it in good order. Here's the shots.
