Oil rigs in Lake Maracaibo, and a custom bridge linking Maracaibo with the eastern shore. That weird thing out in the water is a smoke effect that looks funny from afar.

BTW... I noticed that on landing you were landing on RWY 10 at Maiquetia? There's no runway 10 just a 09 and an 08??? Perhaps you know something I don't?
