Just to let you all know, ive had quite a few private messages wishing me a speedy recovery and all with my knee, if you dont know, ive snapped my cruciate ligament and torn all the the cartilidge in the left knee .. They have been holding back on a operation on it, thy put 2 camera's in it to explore a little more.. but now i got my date for the operation, its this tuesday coming, having a "total reconstruction of the cruicate ligament and a cartilidge transplant" i dont know what it involved, but i do know the operation is 5 hours long :(

Beautiful pictures Lew, my Father is an Orthopaedic Surgeon so I completely understand what you are about to go through, as if you have not already!......Keep in mind Bone Doctors are some of the most skilled in the Medical field and have an incredible pride regarding the detail in their work. OUCH! Thats gotta hurt! I have knee problems too :( Its really painful but I would never go thru what your going thru. Your really a brave man! But my knees get dislocated sometimes but as a grow (if I ever stop growing) it never happens so offen. But the pain you got thats like 5 times painful I dunno how you survive with that. But best wishes and speedy recovery!

Thanks for your support and confedence, i know its propably going to change my life forever, they told me i wouldnt be able to walk un-aided for maybe a year, maybe more, the doctor told me he's know people had less then me and not been able to walk, even with physio after 3 years.. but im not letting that get to me, gonna take everyday as it comes :)
