What's weird is, I SWEAR that picture of Peru is the same place I went to in Mexico last year. This little town called Colima, in the state of Colima, Mexico. We stayed at a hotel on the corner with a cathedral on the opposite corner, exactly like your picture of Peru. I had to double check my own pictures on my site just to make sure that wasn't it. The only difference I can find is that the street in yours has lines, Colima didn't have lines. But the cathedral and the square looks the same.
