BA A320 or A319 without winglets

I think it was this summer but maybe last that i came in to Okecie on SAS from Copenhagen with i came to from chicago. and as the plane was parking at the gate there was a BA i think A320 and i noticed it had no winglets. why is that? are ther 2 versions of the A320, with winglets or without? or maybe i was just seeing things? i saw the video where the airfrance A320 crashed in the forest during the airshow and i noticed that it also had no winglets. can someone please explain?

The 100 Version Of The Bus320 Does Not Have Winglets!... Hope This Helps.
