Problem with Graphics in FS2k2 Pro

I'm not sure what's going on here. I've had this problem for awhile. All of the default aircraft are cut off by the horizon for some odd reason. All add-ons work fine, but the defaults don't. I'm starting to think it's a problem with my video card. I'm running a Diamond Stealth III S540 for Windows 9x with 32 MB of RAM which is old, but FS2002 Pro is the old problem I've ever had with it. Help!
