    My usual mistake is that i fly too high in the pattern, usually during final. Then if i try to correct it, i go too low so as a student pilot in the Navy (landing in his T-45 Goshawk), i try to think in threes. If you apply more power, you should reduce power, then a little more. Keep thinking in threes.
