Everything hanging out. Flaps are on their way up, and reverse is deployed very cautiously so the engines don't suck in gravel. Also braking sucks, so it's neat to land on these

Hope you enjoyed, please leave your comments. I think these are some of my better shots (before JPEG compression, anyways :-roll )

Nice pics. I like the flaring picture and the reflections are also very realistic. The 737 is certified for grass landings! The only thing is that the OPS manual instructs not to use the trhust reverses on gravel. But who cares, it's simulation :-).

It was very light, I was going for the drag of the clamshells, not really the reverse thrust.

LAST EDITED ON Apr-17-03 AT 11:10AM (EDT)[p]Nice shots. The Canadian North 737's all have gravel guards on the nose wheel, to prevent gravel from kicking up. Also they have some tubes ( I think they are called vortex dissapators) coming out of the engines to blow away any dirt/gravel etc.
They are equipped to allow them to land on gravel, which they do up in the Northwest Territories, such as Cambridge Bay. I had some picures of these but I must have deleted them

Unfortunately, I haven't found a 737 with a gravel kit installed for FS2002.

If I did, I'd be flying it!

Nice shots! I think that's one of the coolest new liveries out there. Too bad about the gravel kits though...THAT would be cool.
