  1. Has anyone found out how to make this work?
  2. Thank all of you who have responded to this post. I phoned MS Customer Services and received excellent help from a guy called Jay (in India?). After checking that there was no MS record of my having made the subscription, he gave me a multi digit reference number and advised me to contact Mastercard through my bank, and tell them I had not authorised the debit, and ask them to recover from MS quoting that number. The refund has now been made. Frank
  3. Thank you for that suggestion. The virtual agent there is useless. I will try phoning later. Frank
  4. Thank you for that link Tim, but I haven't made my position clear. I bought the Premier de luxe edition from Microsoft on 8th August 2020. The updating process always went smoothly (for me, anyway) until the Xbox release. Then the trouble started. Something I did to get up and running again must have triggered the charge by MSFT. I repeat - I do not want Xbox. Frank
  5. This is the latest of a series of shambolic actions by Microsoft. A few days ago I went through the Xbox hoops to get my MSFS to update. Today I have found that MS have charged me an annual subscription to Xbox. £43.20! - for what?? I do not have Xbox, and I do not want Xbox - so why the charge? My MSFS is computer based as it has been from the start. Microsoft, aide and abetted, by Asobo, has gone completely downhill in my opinion. Has anyone else been treated like this? Frank
  6. Not really, but it may be that I should RTFM. I will do that. Thanks for the heads up. Frank
  7. This looks good and can be flown, but it loses power after a couple of minutes. Does anyone have the same experience? Frank
  8. I am seeing duplcated buildings in London such as Post Office Tower and the London Eye. Has anyone else seen this, and cured it? If so - how? Frank
  9. I can light mine but oddly the L keyboard button needs to be pressed twice. If that helps.
  10. Thanks Albert I will give that a try. The method you describe may explain how I did it once, but haven't been able to again. At the time I did fiddle about and may have followed your method without realising it. Regards Frank PS Have just tried it, and it works. Thanks again, Albert.
  11. Has anyone succeeded in sliding across these menus to a second monitor?
