I made a shortcut to bglcomp.exe in my SDK installation and moved that shortcut into my "Send to" folder. With that I can right click an XML in any folder on the system and "Send to > Bglcomp.exe".

Agreed, FS craptain whatever it was probably (hopefully) backed up your existing dll.xml and placed a modified one in your appdata\FSX folder.
