  1. Hello, I am having a problem with my dynamic lighting in P3D v4. All of a sudden, I have no dynamic lights at many airports. They are still working at FlyTampa YSSY, FlightBeam KIAD, as well as FlyTampa Dubai (using DL from inibuilds) I haven’t made any major changes to my settings, and it was all working fine 2 days ago. Any help is greatly appreciated. [emoji846] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  2. Hello, I am having a very strange problem in P3D v4. Every so often, while I am sitting at the gate, all electrical power will shut off and I can not turn it back on without resetting the aircraft. The ATC window will be greyed out with the title "ATC Disabled - no electric". I have seen a number of threads about this, but they all refer to complex aircraft (e.g. PMDG). I don't use any of those aircraft; this has so far happened on: TDS 787 TDS A350 SSP 777 It seems to mainly be while boarding or deboarding via GSX Level 2. It is also not every aircraft, as I am currently not having this problem with the SSP 767. Does anyone know why this would be happening, and how I would go about fixing it? Any help is greatly appreciated. :)
  3. Thanks for trying to help, but moving forward I am going to stick to using Dynamic Lighting, as this seems to work without any problems. Thanks anyway. [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I have managed to get the lighting working by using dynamic lighting, however, moving forward I would still like to find a solution without using dynamic lighting. Any further help is greatly appreciated.[emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I use freeware addon aircraft (such as TDS, Project Airbus etc), all of which are compatible with v5. I copied the texture and effects folders over from v4 and I still have trouble with night lighting. Additionally, there is still no night lighting in any airports, both default and payware. I installed the payware airports using the official exe installer compatible with v5, so I don't see where the problem would be. Any help is greatly appreciated. :)
  6. I don't use any payware aircraft, so there shouldn't be any problems there, and all the scenery I have installed is P3D v5 compatible. As mentioned, I am also having this problem at default airports. Does anyone know how I would go about fixing this problem? :)
  7. Hi there, I have recently switched to P3D v5 after using v4 for the last few years, and I am having a very strange problem with the lighting. There is no night lighting at airports, both third-party and default scenery. Additionally aircraft taxi lights only seem to work at certain airports, and even then, not always. Here are some screenshots of the problems (the airport addon is VTBS by AA Sceneries): Notice the taxi lights are on, however, earlier today I flew to this exact airport with this exact aircraft, and no taxi lights. Here you can see the (lack of) lighting in the airport: Taxi lights seem only to work if I start a flight at night time, and not if I start at daytime and fly through to the night, or if I switch airports. I copied all my aircraft over from my P3D v4 installation, where I never had this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. :)
  8. Hi there, Every so often, the ATC will tell me to turn to a particular heading, which will take me further and further off my course. If I try to turn back ATC will tell me to expedite my turn to their requested heading. ATC will keep handing me off to the next centre, but at no point will give me a heading that will put me on course. There doesn't seem to be any particular pattern to when this happens, but so far it has happened on these routes: EHAM to RCTP RCTP to RPLL RJTT to KIAD Does anyone know what would be causing this, and what can be done about it? Any help is greatly appreciated. :) Sent from my SM-G960N using Tapatalk
  9. If anyone is still around, I am still looking for a proper solution. The gauge doesn’t work on the -9 for whatever reason. I see all sorts of different problems with this aircraft posted on the TDS Facebook page, but never this problem. I know that everyone has said to move on, but I just can’t bring myself to do that. There is a solution to this problem somewhere, and I am not giving up until I find it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  10. Ok, its been about two weeks, just thought I'd update. I have managed to get it working using an autoland gauge. It's not perfect, but I no longer slam down. Link to gauge: http://www.fs2000.org/2010/09/11/autoland-gauge-version-21-for-fsx-and-fs2004-2/
  11. Is anyone on there at all? The last post is dated September 2015.
  12. Good morning. Firstly, no I am not from the Washington area. I have lived in Australia my entire life. I have endless patience with this aircraft, and I will not give up until this problem is solved. I have only recently reduced my settings, but I have been having this issue ever since I first used this aircraft in FSX 2 years ago. Is there something I can change in the CFG? Because it doesn’t just “know” to slam down, I do think that something in the CFG may be causing this. This has left me quite confused. If it was a CFG problem, why has it not happened to anyone else? If it is something I am doing wrong, it must be something very simple, otherwise I would think other people would be asking. I have no problem with any other TDS aircraft, and although it would be unrealistic, is it possible to somehow copy the FDE so it would fly exactly like their 737? Because I have had no problems with that aircraft. Any further help is greatly appreciated. :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  13. Good evening (here in Australia) Unfortunately, still no luck. The first video is from HTDA, and the second is from KPAE. I think the flaps have made a slight difference, but not enough. :( Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  14. All of my testing of this aircraft actually takes place at KPAE. I reduce the throttle to idle as I cross the runway threshold and flare slightly, which is how I land every other aircraft, and I only have a problem with the 787. And yes, YSSY is my home airport, but I use the YSSY scenery from FlyTampa.
  15. Why is this giving me so much trouble? This is the exact way I land every other aircraft, from as small as a DHC6 to as big as an A380, and none of them cause me any problems.
