I'm running the latest edition from Steam. Cockpit view displays no panels at all. This has always been the case on this (recent) install.

When I'm in 2d cockpit view press W or CTRL + 1, etc, a box flashes on the screen for half a second and disappears. Panels won't display at all, in any aircraft, whether I select them thru kb shortcuts or clicking thru the menus. Any help greatly appreciated.
