  1. Awesome Sauce! Have a peek at the "Rules" a couple pages back; they're really simple, and we'll see you there!
  2. The one here in Denver burned down in the late 80's. Like many things it's faded into distant memory.
  3. Uh-oh, another Alan! Look out World... Here we come! Glad to have you here! Why don't you come along for the ride and see where it takes you? Like Kit said... we don't bite, are (somewhat) housebroken, and would be very glad to have you!
  4. The recent interest in LAGO peripherals not only here but on other FS sites begs the question... We all know LAGO folded up shop years ago, and the only outlets to find them are the Bay or if some FS site still sells them. If someone had it and wanted to give it to another, is all of the Copyright stuff still in force even though the Company went belly up?
  5. I didn't know there were other Restaurants with the same name; were they a Franchise or Chain? And why is it that I remember the 'farmhouse' had holes in the walls, but the glass covering the holes was part of the wall and not just a pane put over the 'hole'? Weird... It was a great place, though...
  6. The Photo of you in the Snowstorm reminded me of a similarly sketchy flight I had in a DC-3; the folks at DC3 Airways came up with a Mod to simulate Icing conditions, and I was using that bird for a Leg in the World Rally. Snowstorm @ 10,000' and the Windscreen started freezing up! You could hear the Ice creaking! I got to a lower Altitude and the Ice broke away from the Windscreen allowing me to see the Runway and Land. Scary!
  7. Those are some awesome photos there, Larry! A nice place is The Perfect Landing Restaurant at Centennial Airport. There are great views of the Runway and Ramp, and they have great food.
  8. @lnuss Larry, did you ever eat at the 94th Aero Squadron?
  9. It stopped for me about a Week ago. One day I tried, and it worked!
  10. Rocky Mountain "Scareways" and AvonSTOLPort live only in distant memory now, way back when they and (the REAL) Frontier Airlines used to fly of all things, the Twin Otter. I lived west of Stapleton on a straight line with Runway 26 L/R, and I'd hear 'em fly over the house with the unmistakable roar of their PT6's; much different than the Heavy Iron using 26L.
  11. With regards to the old Avon STOLPort, Paul does mention that an FS version was made, and is pictured in his Listing. It's here in the Library if anyone's interested. Fun Approach... 7.8° Glide Slope to the Threshold!
  12. Is this the reason some Payware City Scenery is so Resource intensive? I've always shied away from Payware Scenery because of all the horror stories...
  13. Look for "Increase/Decrease Selection"... Default Keyboard Assignment: Increase = Decrease -
