X-Plane 11 Bell P-59 Airacomet 1.0. This is Jacques Brault's X-Plane 8 P-59 Airacomet, converted for X-Plane 11. The Bell P-59 Airacomet was a twin jet-engined fighter aircraft, the first of the United States, designed and built by Bell Aircraft during World War II. With its large wing area the plane was easy to fly and a good glider, becoming an excellent trainer for getting pilots acquainted with jet power. X-Plane 11 is configured by default for 3D cockpit view, so to use this aircraft you must choose to do one of two things: After loading the aircraft, select 'Option-w' on MacOS for 2D or 'Alt-w' on WinOS for the 2D instrument panel. Thank you to Jacques Brault for creating this aircraft for X-Plane. By Sean McLeod (Aerostarsim).

X-Plane 11 Lippisch P13a Ramjet Interceptor 1.0. The Lippisch P13a was a proposed delta wing interceptor powered by a coal-fueled ramjet engine. The delta wing design, combined with the simplicity of the ramjet engine and the availability of coal fuel made the design an ideal home defence fighter for a resource strapped Germany at the end of World War II. The aircraft was to be launched by tow or rocket assist to get the ramjet up to operating speed. This model simulates the experience of the operational P13a using data from the postwar analysis of the DM-1, historic research documentation and testing of the X-Plane DM-1 model. Comprehensive documentation included. By Fred Highland.

This model combines the varied descriptions of the Ho 9b/Ho X with the specifications for the Volksjager program, Horten design approaches, the physical characteristics of the components and concepts from similar aircraft, to create a realistic simulation of the proposed aircraft for X-Plane 10 and 11. A full list of feature plus pilot notes are included in the package. By Fred Highland.

X-Plane 10.50+ Nakajima C6N Saiun 1.0. The Nakajima C6N Saiun was a carrier-based reconnaissance aircraft used by the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service in World War II. Despite its speed and performance, on 15 August 1945, a C6N1 was the last aircraft to be shot down in World War II. Just five minutes later, the war was over and all Japanese aircraft were grounded. Includes two liveries, a standard green and an "eggshell" version. By Cynderdragon.

    Name: p1y2_ginga.zip
    Size: 4,085,260 Date: 09-21-2017 Downloads: 37

X-Plane 10.50+ Yokosuka P1Y Ginga 1.0. The P1Y was designed by the Yokosuka Naval Air Technical Arsenal to Navy specification 15-Shi, calling for a fast bomber with speed matching the Zero, range matching the G4M, a 907 kg (2,000 lb) bombload, and the ability to dive-bomb as well as carry torpedoes. As a result, the construction suffered from excess complexity, difficulty of manufacture, and poor serviceability. Problems with the availability of enough reliable Nakajima Homare engines led to their replacement by the Mitsubishi Kasei in the P1Y2-S night-fighter version. Includes two liveries; a standard green and an orange prototype livery. By Cynderdragon.
