    Review: Alabeo - C177 Cardinal II for X-Plane

    Alabeo recently added to its X-Plane 10 lineup with the C177 Cardinal II. It includes both the fixed and retractable gear versions, with HD textures, high quality 3D model, custom sound system and much more. Our reviewer Shawn Weigelt did find some flaws but still found it a joy to fly and a "must buy" for GA fans.

    Review: Saitek - X-55 Rhino HOTAS System

    The X-55 Rhino HOTAS System from Saitek can be used with all popular flight simulators. Inspired by controls found within actual fighter planes, the X-55 Rhino H.O.T.A.S. (Hands On Throttle and Stick) System provides advanced control over simulated aircraft. Reviewer Rohan Nair was impressed with the system and found it worked well in several sims and with a variety of aircraft.

    Review: Carenado - B1900D HD Series For X-Plane 10

    X-Plane pilots looking for a regional airliner will enjoy the B1900D HD Series from Carenado. This popular turboprop airliner is for X-Plane 10.30 or higher and features HD quality textures, 3D gauges, digital sounds recorded from the real airplane and much more. Reviewer Gene Davis paired it with scenery of PANC (Anchorage, Alaska) from Aerosoft and found this made for some great flying.

    Review: Aerosoft - Mallorca X Evolution

    SimWings offers Mallorca X scenery for FSX and Prepar3D (published by Aerosoft). It features the airports Son Bonet (LESB) and Palma (LEPA). Reviewer Justin Cogo found that this is a great scenery package because it offers not only airport areas but other non-airport areas like mountainous regions, vast open areas with farmland and rural features.

    Review: OE-XAM Helicopter Torque Pedals

    Helicopters are best flown with the proper controls. OE-XAM offers some very high quality hardware that can be used with FSX and other sims. Reviewer Raymond Andersen previously tried their collective and liked it so much he also ordered their torque pedals which he reviews here.

    Review: DHC-4 Caribou For X-Plane

    The de Havilland Canada DHC-4A Caribou is a twin engine cargo aircraft. It was used by the military in many countries and survives to these days as a bush plane. The X-Plane version by Gerald Rader is the DHC-4A/C-7A configuration. Reviewer Rik Nilsson takes it for a flight and offers his report.

    Multi Crew Experience Update Released

    Multi Crew Experience, voice control based crew simulation has now been updated. The FSX, Prepar3D and FS2004 version now supports the Captain Sim 737. The X-Plane version now supports the SSG Boeing 747-i8.
