Sim Savvy - Massive Scenery for FSX: The American West

This photoreal scenery package contains over one million square miles of photoreal scenery including the 11 states of:

Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

    About The Aerials

These 1 meter aerials were taken by the US Department of Agriculture - National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP). They update these aerials every two years on a rotating basis. The aerials are distributed by each individual state and are in the public domain.

    About The Photoreal Scenery

The scenery is 1 meter re-sampled to 2 meter for size and time constraints. Other scenery of equal or greater resolution will lay on top of massive scenery. The scenery files amount to 155 gigabytes of data and are delivered on a 500 gigabyte USB hard drive ($80 value). There is no downloading or install hassels. The scenery loads into FSX directly from the supplied USB hard drive. There is no need to load this scenery onto your local hard drive. Each state loads individually to accomodate less powerful computer systems. Please be aware that 20% of Nevada a (Military Operational Area) is unavailable and satellite photos were substituted. This is daytime VFR scenery and has no water masks or other enhancements.
