• Where in the World Feature 91

Last time I gave you my personal photos from Ethiopian Flight 500 between Addis and Washington DC (with a fuel stop in Dublin). I tell you, that was an "eternal dawn"!

    Our guessers:

    Eric Ellis
    John Chen
    Ronald Mays
    Nick Watson
    Bastian Blinten
    Ulf Kristoffersson
    Reid Gearhart
    Dieter Mennecke
    Steve Morley
    Joe Graf
    Terry Labadie
    Georg Flatscher
    Thomas Oftedal

    Wrong Locations:

    Algiers:

That would be Air France 1555 (A319) to Paris and then Air France 10 to JFK (B77W).

Feature Number 91 is from Lester Reynolds who writes:

"We've featured the arrival city before but flight 2813 features views of ferry boats, snow-capped mountains, deserts and the ocean. 'Where in the World' did we depart from?"

Send guesses or future suggestions to Ron Blehm at [email protected].

With GPS being so dominate in aircraft, I was wondering if you are required to keep aeronautical charts on board even though you have a GPS?
