Looks like there's no center mount option here. Seems like a reach to designate this a flight sim pit...

Center mount is coming guys. Believe or not, the center mount is not as desirable as you think. Mainly because it is more difficult to get in/out of the cockpit. Even the HOTAS guys are OK with joystick on right and throttle on left because they don't have to do acrobatic maneuvers to get into the pit.

Then I will be buying it for sure - Im not a fan of the Obutto nickle and diming setup. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for the center mount from you though - I'll keep checking your site. Thanks for keeping your ear to the ground! Very impressive.

If I get an adaptor from Vesa to 46" Screen (single monitor). What is the max weight before it starts to tip? If its an issue - I will mount on the wall.

      THanks!

Sorry for the late reply, I just noticed your post. Anyway, we never tried a single 46" but I can tell you that we have mounted 3 32" monitors and each of these weighs 17 lbs and did not see any tipping issue. The chair provides quite an amount of counter-balance to the system. Also, the design is such that the force of the monitors is completely perpendicular to the chassis vs any type of an angle which would create a horizontal component to the force (sorry for the Physics speak). So I would say you should be in a good shape with 46" as it probably weights about the same as 3 32" monitors. Just remember that most if not all 46" are 200x200mm VESA and we only go to 200x100mm which would mean that you would have to purchase an adapter.

I would love to buy one but shipping it to Canada the cost almost doubles.

I can't stand flying my desk anymore as a desk chair is just not comfortable.
