BlackBox Simulation have released a free downloadable tutorial for their Airbus X'treme "Prologue".
It contains a simple step by step guide from gate to gate on a short flight between LMML and LFKJ in the Med, all aspects of the simulation are covered including cold and dark start up, programming the MCDU and flight plan, SIDs and STARs, as well as approach and autoland.
